Little Stanion Primary School

Opportunities for
All to Aspire

Our Nursery

At Little Stanion Nursery we cater for children aged between 3 and 5 years old. We are a small friendly setting that can have up to 24 children per session. At Little Stanion Nursery we offer 20 x 30 hour funded spaces and 8 x15 hour funded spaces. This is shared between 4 x 15 hour am sessions and 4 x 15 hour pm sessions. We are a creative nursery that focuses on learning through play and exploration. Our Nursey offers a nurturing environment designed to support every child's growth and curiosity. The children in our care are at the heart of everything we do and their well-being along with their learning and development is paramount to us. We are very lucky to be a part of a school with extra resources on offer to us such as the library, the school hall and the playing fields. We believe in the importance of outdoor learning and in creating a fun, stimulating and safe environment for the children to play and explore in. This is vital to spark their imaginations and build on their confidence and social skills. If your child enjoys playing in the outdoors, dressing up and role playing then we are the setting for you.

Our session times are as follows:-

Morning session = 8.45am – 11.45am

Afternoon session = 12.00pm – 3.00pm

30 hour session = 8.45am - 3.00pm

We offer both 15 hour and 30 hour funded places. We charge £13 per session if you are not eligible for funding. If your child currently claims the 30 hour funding then you can order a hot meal for £2.40 through Kingswood caterers or you can bring your child a packed lunch for no additional cost. We have a breakfast club and after school club available to provide care from 8am-6pm. The breakfast club is £6 and the afterschool club is £12.
